Lucerne
The properties surround Keith in the Tatiara region of South Australia. This area, due to its sandy loam and easy access to groundwater is well known for the production of irrigated Lucerne (also commonly named, Alfalfa). It is estimated that approximatly 80% of Australia's seed production comes from this area. Season depending this crop can be harvested for premium lucerne hay, lucerne seed and straw used for garden mulch.

Seed can be sold in 25kg bags or 1T bulkas.

All hay is produced with high-density balers with bale weights ranging from 600kg - 700kg.
